This beginner sourdough workshop will cover the basics of the sourdough making process. We'll discuss starter and work through all of the steps. You will leave with your own starter and a loaf of bread to bake at home. The class will take about an hour and a half and is limited to 8 people.

Materials to bring:

Large mixing bowl with lid or cover

Jar or vessel for starter, a quart sized mason jar or something similar is perfect

Also recommended to bring an apron and a spatula or bread whisk if you have one you'd like to use!
