This beginner sourdough workshop will cover the basics of the sourdough making process. We'll discuss starter and work through all of the steps it takes to make a delicious loaf. You will leave with your own starter and a loaf of bread to bake at home. The class will take about two hours and is limited to 8 people.

Feel free to bring an apron, but all other materials will be provided. There will be an assortment of sourdough-based snacks available as well!
